Homeowners Association
The Association was established through Articles of Incorporation and governs through a set of By Laws and Regulations. Estates residents will have fee simple ownership of their residence while the Association will have ownership of all Common areas as defined in the Association documents. Each Estate resident will be responsible for an annual payment to include all maintenance of common areas and the activity center with pool. The By Laws and Regulations outline the covenants associated with the development and are structured so as to maintain the quality of lifestyle as well as to establish the standards necessary to maintain the development to the same degree as when it was originally established.
