Approximately 90% of the Villas border the Golf Course and have unobstructed views of the course.  The Association’s Activity Center and Pool are centrally located and easily accessed by walkways winding through the development.  The plan allows for 144 Villas spread over the entire 34.5 acres in an aesthetically pleasing layout.  Extensive landscaping, including an irrigation system further enhance the community.
