Homeowners Association
The Association was established through Articles of Incorporation and governs through a set of By Laws and Regulations. Villa residents will have fee simple ownership of their residence while the Association will have ownership of all Common areas as defined in the Association documents. Each Villa resident will be responsible for a payment of a monthly fee which will include all landscape maintenance, exterior building maintenance including painting and re-roofing, insurance on the structure, maintenance on the Activity Center and pool, and Reserve funds. The By Laws and Regulations outline the covenants associated with the development and are structured so as to maintain the quality of lifestyle as well as to establish the standards necessary to maintain the development to the same degree as when it was originally established.
